1. Data Deletion Commitment

At WorkPilot, we respect your right to control and remove your business and personal data. Workshop owners and registered users can request permanent deletion of their account credentials, workshop profile, and associated records.

2. What Data Is Removed

Upon verification of a deletion request, the following data categories associated with your account are permanently erased from our active databases:

• Authentication records and registered mobile phone number associations.
• Workshop business settings, addresses, contact details, and uploaded logos.
• Job cards, labour records, and spare parts notes created under your workshop tenant.
• Customer CRM contact profiles and vehicle registry entries.
• Generated PDF invoice documents and payment settlement logs.

3. How to Request Deletion In-App

The fastest way to delete your data is directly within the WorkPilot application:

1. Open the WorkPilot app and navigate to Settings.
2. Select Account & Workshop Profile.
3. Scroll to the danger zone and tap Request Data / Account Deletion.
4. Verify your mobile number via OTP to confirm the request.
