1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the WorkPilot mobile application or web portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the application.

2. Account Registration & Security

Access to WorkPilot requires authentication via a verified mobile phone number with one-time passwords (OTP). Workshop administrators are responsible for safeguarding device access and managing role permissions assigned to team members (Managers, Technicians).

3. Workshop & Customer Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the customer records, vehicle information, job cards, pricing presets, and financial transaction notes entered into WorkPilot. WorkPilot processes this data solely to deliver the application functionality to your workshop.

4. Accurate Invoicing & Legal Compliance

WorkPilot provides tools for generating GST-ready PDF invoices and job estimates. Workshop administrators remain solely responsible for the accuracy of parts pricing, labour rates, tax classifications, and compliance with local statutory regulations.

5. Permitted Use & Restrictions

You agree to use WorkPilot exclusively for lawful automotive repair and workshop management operations. You shall not attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass data isolation rules, or disrupt the application infrastructure.

6. Termination & Account Closure

You may terminate your account at any time via the in-app Account Settings or by submitting a request through our Data Deletion page.
